Glen Oaks is very pleased to be able to offer online payment options
through FACTS Management Company (also known as Nelnet).
You may either pay in full or arrange for a payment plan
by entering your ID and birthdate above and
continuing.
Please be advised of the following:
- When enrolling for FACTS your actual student account balance will default
as your original FACTS contract amount.
- If you have been awarded financial aid, as evidenced by an award letter,
in excess of your costs, you should not enroll in the FACTS payment
plan.
- If you have been awarded financial aid in an amount less than your costs
you may enroll in the FACTS payment plan to pay your remaining balance. If you
have a remaining balance of less than $100 you are not eligible to enroll in
the FACTS payment plan. Please notify the college cashier at 269-294-4235 or
at cashier@glenoaks.edu to arrange for your FACTS contract amount to be
reduced to your remaining balance. Please note that your costs are reflected
on the Schedule/Invoice which you received at the time of registration.
- Once you have enrolled in the FACTS payment plan you may charge your books
to your Glen Oaks student account. Your FACTS contract amount will be adjusted
by the college cashier to reflect your book charges.
- If you drop or add classes it is your responsibilty to notify the
college cashier. FACTS will continue to deduct payments from your bank account
or charge payments to your credit card according to your original agreement
until notified not to do so by the college cashier!
